Yes, you may cancel your investment within two (2) Business Days of either:

the date you submit your Subscription Agreement, or

the date you receive a notice of any amendment to the Offering Document.
To cancel your investment, you must submit a withdrawal notice through the Portal in accordance with the procedures specified.
